Refund Policy
Book Contracts:
You are entitled to cancel your book contract at any time you desire. There are no refunds for published books. After canceling your book contract, your book will be unpublished and you are free to take your original manuscript freely.
If you paid Unfazed Publishing to publish your manuscript, and change your mind prior to your book being published, you can receive a full refund if services for your book were not executed. If services to your book were performed, book cover, book formatting, editing, and ISBN registered, you will not receive a refund. However, you can take your original manuscript freely.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Unfazed Publishing will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we received your statement. We will use the same means of payment as you used, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Writing Services:
If you paid for writing services: book cover, editing, and book formatting, and you decide to cancel these services, if the service did not begin, you will receive a full refund.
Unfazed Publishing pays individuals for book covers, etc., once they are paid, there are no refunds if they began creating your book cover, editing etc,. No one works for free and their time is not free to waste.
Breaching Book Contract:
After signing a book contract with Unfazed Publishing, you are not allowed to self-publish the same book. Although we allow you to keep the rights to your book, self-publishing the same book which is also published by Unfazed Publishing, or will be published by Unfazed Publishing, is an unethical business practice. With Unfazed Publishing marketing the same book at no cost to the author, this free exposure is not in the best interest of Unfazed Publishing, but the author. If your book is published by Unfazed Publishing, we will immediately un-publish your book, and remove all free marketing and publicity given to that book.
YOUR BREACH OF CONTRACT ENDS YOUR BOOK CONTRACT WITH UNFAZED PUBLISHING. NO REFUNDS.
All Book Sales Are Final:
There are no refunds on book sales from the Unfazed Publishing Book Store.
